The OneSurvey dashboard provides a centralized hub for managing all aspects of your security system projects. From the main dashboard, you can access key features such as site surveys, project management, task assignment, and real-time reporting. The dashboard is fully customizable, allowing you to tailor it to your specific needs and create a comprehensive CRM and live project management ecosystem. Creating and Managing Projects

To create a new project in OneSurvey, navigate to the "Projects" section and click on the "+ NEW PROJECT" button. Fill out the necessary details, such as the project name, client company, and client user, which must be previously created in the "Clients" page. Once the project is created, a corresponding folder is automatically generated to store associated floor plans and keep your work organized.

To manage existing projects, use the search bar in the "Projects" section to quickly locate specific projects by name. Click on the edit button (pencil icon) next to a project to modify its details, such as the project name, client user, and client organization. In the profile stage of a project, you can adjust the drawing scale based on standard door or parking space sizes to ensure accurate representation of the project site.

OneSurvey's project management features allow you to oversee all aspects of a project from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking, all within a single platform. The mobile functionality enables contractors to access project data, communicate with team members, and manage tasks directly from their smartphones or tablets while working in the field.
