Getting Started with OneSurvey

To get started with OneSurvey, simply navigate to the "Projects" section in the main navigation bar. Here, you can create a new project by clicking the "+ PROJECT" button and entering the necessary details, such as the project name, client company, and client user. Once your project is created, you can access it anytime from the Projects page. OneSurvey allows you to conduct digital site surveys using a tablet, with features like drag-and-drop, text, image, and audio capture to build a detailed visual database of each site. The platform also enables real-time collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone stays informed and on track throughout the project lifecycle.

The OneSurvey dashboard provides a centralized hub for managing all aspects of your security system projects. From the main dashboard, you can access key features such as site surveys, project management, task assignment, and real-time reporting. The dashboard is fully customizable, allowing you to tailor it to your specific needs and create a comprehensive CRM and live project management ecosystem. With its intuitive interface and easy navigation, the OneSurvey dashboard enables you to efficiently oversee projects, communicate with team members, and ensure everything is progressing according to plan.

Creating and Managing Projects

To create a new project in OneSurvey, navigate to the "Projects" section and click on the "+ NEW PROJECT" button. Fill out the necessary details, such as the project name, client company, and client user, which must be previously created in the "Clients" page. Once the project is created, a corresponding folder is automatically generated to store associated floor plans and keep your work organized.

To manage existing projects, use the search bar in the "Projects" section to quickly locate specific projects by name. Click on the edit button (pencil icon) next to a project to modify its details, such as the project name, client user, and client organization. In the profile stage of a project, you can adjust the drawing scale based on standard door or parking space sizes to ensure accurate representation of the project site.

OneSurvey's project management features allow you to oversee all aspects of a project from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking, all within a single platform. The mobile functionality enables contractors to access project data, communicate with team members, and manage tasks directly from their smartphones or tablets while working in the field.
